Le p\u00e9nis est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement droit, la fonction urinaire est presque normale, et la correction chirurgicale se fait en une seule \u00e9tape, avec une courte dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;intervention et un taux tr\u00e8s faible de complications.  <\/p><p data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1414\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hypospadias.net\/ro\/mathieu-technique-4\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1092\">Le deuxi\u00e8me type est l&rsquo;hypospadias distal (Grade II)<\/strong><\/a>, dans lequel l&rsquo;orifice ur\u00e9tral se trouve sur la portion distale du p\u00e9nis, sous le gland. Une l\u00e9g\u00e8re d\u00e9viation du jet urinaire et, parfois, une courbure p\u00e9nienne minime peuvent appara\u00eetre. Le traitement est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement chirurgical en une seule \u00e9tape, avec de tr\u00e8s bons r\u00e9sultats fonctionnels et esth\u00e9tiques lorsqu&rsquo;il est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par un sp\u00e9cialiste.  <\/p><p data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1783\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hypospadias.net\/ro\/proximal-hypospadias-4\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1473\">Le troisi\u00e8me type est l&rsquo;hypospadias proximal (Grade III)<\/strong><\/a>, une forme plus s\u00e9v\u00e8re, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par la localisation de l&rsquo;orifice ur\u00e9tral sur la portion proximale du p\u00e9nis.
